lll Learning Objectives

Adequate fire safety training must be provided for all employees without exception by every employer in the UK. Irrespective of the size and nature of the business, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 clearly states that every worker must have the knowledge and confidence to take appropriate action, in the event of a fire.

The primary objective of this course is to empower employees with the specialist knowledge needed to contribute to a safe and healthy working environment. Guidelines for dealing with different types of fires are provided, though particularly heavy emphasis is placed on risk management and fire prevention.

Upon successful completion of this course, learners will benefit from the ability to:
